Position Title: Student Counsellor ( female Only) Location: Naipunnya College, Cherthala Job Type: Full-time Salary: 12500 - 15000 We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Student Counsellor to join our team.As a Student Counsellor, you will be the primary point of contact for students and their families, assisting them through every step of the educational consultancy process. You will provide guidance, handle queries, and help build lasting relationships that drive our company’s mission forward. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. Advise students on available study programs, institutions, and countries based on their preferences and qualifications. Assist in application processes, including documentation, interview preparation, and visa assistance. Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails to ensure the satisfaction of clients. Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions to any issues or challenges that may arise. Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and events to enhance the company's visibility and attract new clients. Monitor student progress throughout their academic journey and provide support as needed. Maintain an up-to-date database of client interactions and educational institution partnerships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (e.g., Education, Business Administration, Communication). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or education consultancy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Knowledge of educational systems and international study opportunities is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
